Returns & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
  
• In original condition
  
• With all tags attached
  
• In original packaging
  
• With proof of purchase
  

To start a return, please contact us at hello@avenu.pk or WhatsApp support. Our team will guide you and share the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Items

In case, you don't like the design or color and want a change. You can request exchange within 7 days of order.

The returning item should not be opened, damaged, and any tags removed.

Also, in this case you will have to pay additional charges of returning and reshipping.

But please contact our support to initiate an exchange and only return items when exchange is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately and share clear photos with our team so we can process your claim quickly.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
  
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• We recommend using a trackable courier, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking
