1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating an account makes future checkouts faster and easier.

2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse the products, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Before confirming, please double-check your details and order information.

3. I’m unable to add an item to my cart. Why?

Items can only be added if they are in stock.
Sometimes, a product may be temporarily unavailable if another customer is checking out at the same time.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payments via Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer

For COD orders, the maximum order value is Rs. 9,999. Orders above this amount must be prepaid.

5. Are there any delivery charges?

Yes. A minimum delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders due to rising fuel and courier costs.

6. How long does delivery take?

Major cities: 3–5 working days
Nationwide: 5–7 working days

7. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

8. Can I place multiple orders in one day?

To avoid misuse, a customer can place up to 5 orders within a 24-hour period.

9. What is your return or exchange policy during sales?

No monetary refunds are offered on sale items.
Items can be exchanged only in case of defects.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If there’s any issue, share clear photos immediately with our support team so we can assist you with an exchange.
