- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Items
In case, you don't like the design or color and want a change. You can request exchange within 7 days of order.
The returning item should not be opened, damaged, and any tags removed.
Also, in this case you will have to pay additional charges of returning and reshipping.
But please contact our support to initiate an exchange and only return items when exchange is approved.
