Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so here’s how we handle exchanges:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item received:
  Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

• Didn’t like the item / change of mind:
  Refunds are not available for personal preference. Exchanges are possible, but return and re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
